Vilena Silks is unable to accept returns due to the intimate nature of the items we create. This is due to health and hygiene regulations. However, do get in touch if your order isn't exactly what you wanted and we will do our best to rectify this for you - our main goal is to make you're 100% happy with your order so we'll work hard to make sure this is achieved. Lines of communication are always open.

In the unlikely occurrence of a parcel arriving in faulty condition please contact vilena@vilenasilks.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
