Lost or Missing Parcels

Vilena Silks will not take responsibility for missing parcels and will not replace anything that goes missing in the post. This is the responsibility of the postal service.
 

If you provide an incorrect delivery address at the checkout Vilena Silks is not responsible for locating the parcel and will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
